Description

Our quarter-size of beef is perfect for smaller families that want to buy their beef to stock up and not to worry about price increases at the grocery store. This roughly takes up 3-4 cubic feet of freezer space which equals about 25% of a small upright freezer and 50% of a small chest freezer.

This consists of 114 lbs of beef that include:

• 6 lbs of Rib Steak
• 8 lbs of T-Bone
• 10 lbs of Chuck Roast
• 5 lbs of Arm Roast
• 5 lbs of Cube Steak
• 5 lbs of Top Sirloin
• 2 lbs of Stew Meat
• 5 lbs of Brisket
• 4 lbs of Short Ribs
• 60 lbs of Ground Beef

Due to the quantity of beef, this option is only available for local pickup and delivery.
